President
Michael has been a Woodbury Estates resident since 2017. With a background in property management, he brings valuable experience to leading our HOA board. He is passionate about maintaining our community standards while keeping dues affordable.

Vice President
Sarah joined the board in 2022 after serving on the Architectural Review Committee for two years. She works in finance and helps oversee our annual budget planning.

Treasurer
David is a CPA who has managed our HOA finances since 2020. He ensures transparent financial reporting and helps homeowners understand where their dues go.

Secretary
Emily keeps our meeting minutes organized and manages official HOA communications. She has been a resident since the neighborhood was first developed.
