Friendly Reminder – Pool Use & Conduct

As a reminder, the Woodbury Estates Phase VI pool is a private community amenity for our residents. Here is a reminder of a few of the rules in effect:

• No after‑hours entry is permitted at any time. Trespassing charges will be filed.

• The pool is for shared enjoyment; large groups, private parties (including birthday parties), and exclusive use of the pool area are not allowed.

• Parents are responsible for ensuring their children understand and follow all pool and HOA rules, whether present or not.

• Large flotation devices that obstruct visibility or interfere with others’ safe and enjoyable use of the pool are prohibited.
